Summer Vacation Schedule:
Following a pattern akin to the previous year, schools and colleges are anticipated to observe a two-month-long summer break.
Details of the Announcement:
The education minister disclosed that summer holidays will commence on June 7, 2024, and conclude on August 19, 2024. A formal notification from the Education Department regarding this schedule is expected to be issued in the coming weeks.
Weather Forecast Concerns:
Earlier warnings from the National Disaster Management Authority NDMA have highlighted the severity of the upcoming weather conditions. Predictions indicate that the maximum temperature could soar to 49.5 degrees Celsius in June, with August potentially witnessing peaks of 48.63 degrees Celsius.
