Punjab Schools Students Annual Exam Policy
Punjab School Education Department has introduced the big change in the annual exams policy for the students in public sector colleges. SED decided to evaluate the students on the basis of their results of the annual exams and they will be given the status of pass or fail. The students and teachers will follow Punjab Schools Students Annual Exam Policy.
The government adopted the policy to promote all students to next classes and their performance in the previous classes was not considered. The teachers have appreciated SED as they have adopted the previous policy and they said that the students did not pay attention to their study properly because of the 100% passing policy. SED launched the online portal in order to digitize the performance of the students and the attendance tracking system is also available in all public sector schools. The Education Minister of Punjab has launched this portal and students of class 6 to 10 will be tracked through it and the data of over 500,000 students have been uploaded to the portal.
