Punjab offers free preparation classes for MDCAT
Starting from June 2, government colleges across Punjab will offer free coaching classes for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test MDCAT. This initiative is designed to support students aiming for medical careers by providing quality preparation at no cost. The students can get latest updates of Punjab offers free preparation classes for MDCAT.
Interested students must register in advance, as classes are scheduled to begin in the first week of June.
To support this program, each participating college will be granted Rs. 500,000, which will be used to hire expert instructors and provide essential learning materials.
Last year, the initiative reached about 10,000 students across 90 colleges. This year, the program is expanding significantly, with nearly 150 colleges expected to participate.
Each college will have a team of five trained instructors to guide students through the MDCAT syllabus and exam techniques.
This effort underscores the government’s commitment to making higher education opportunities in the medical field more accessible, especially for students from financially challenged backgrounds.
