Announcement by Education Task Force
Muzammil Mahmood, Chairman of the Chief Minister’s Task Force on Boards, shared details of the reform during a briefing attended by key education officials.
Part of a Larger Digital Initiative
The move is part of a broader effort to digitize education processes, which includes standardizing exam regulations, introducing biometric verification at exam centers, and revising practical exam procedures to better evaluate students’ true skills.
Why Computer Science Was Chosen First
Authorities selected computer science for the pilot phase due to its objective-answer format, making it particularly suitable for digital marking systems.
