Punjab Govt HRMA Minorities Scholarship 2023

Human Resource and Minority Affairs Department of the Government of Punjab is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships for minority students. This initiative aims to support and empower students belonging to minority groups who are studying from Matric to Ph.D. levels. Selected deserving students will be awarded a fixed yearly stipend as a part of this scholarship program. The application deadline for the scholarship has been extended to May 29, 2023, providing students with additional time to submit their applications and take advantage of this opportunity.

Stipend Details:

• Students enrolled in professional undergraduate degree courses and Ph.D. programs will receive a fixed yearly stipend of PKR 50,000/-.

• For students enrolled in Postgraduate courses, including MA, MSc, MS, and MPhil programs, a stipend of PKR 35,000/- has been allocated.

Application Process:

To apply for the Punjab Government Minority Scholarships, interested students can submit their applications to the R&I Branch of the Department of Human Resource and Minority Affairs, Government of Punjab. Please ensure that all required documents are included with the application.

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Govt HRMA Minorities Scholarship 2023:

To be eligible for the Punjab Government HRMA Minorities Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

• Minority students who are enrolled as regular students in government institutes.

• Students studying in government institutes located in Punjab or Federal Government institutes within Punjab territory.

• Students must hold a domicile of Punjab.

• Minimum 50% marks should be obtained in the last examination.

• Monthly income of the students family should not exceed PKR 34,800/-.

How to Apply for the Minorities Scholarship:

To apply for the Minorities Scholarship, please follow these steps:

• Complete the application form, which is available on the HRMA website [insert website link].

• Submit the completed application form along with the required documents to the undersigned. The deadline for submission is May 29, 2023.

• Ensure that all educational certificates are attested by a 17-grade officer.

Include the following documents:

• Attested copies of educational degrees/result cards/equivalence certificates.

• Copy of the students and fathers CNIC.

• Domicile certificate of the candidate.

• Three passport-size photographs.

• Certificate from the examination controller or head of the department indicating the number or percentage in the semester system.

• Income certificate attested by a gazetted officer.

Minorities Group Scholarship 2023 Stipend:

• The stipend amount for the Minorities Scholarship varies based on the degree program:

• Professional education MBBS, DVM, BDS, B.Sc, Pharm-D, Ph.D.: PKR 50,000/- per year.

• Postgraduate Level M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, MCS/MBA, M.Phil, LL.M, etc.: PKR 35,000/- per year.

• B.A/B.Sc/B.B.A/B.Com 2&3 years degree & Honours le. 4 years degree, LLB: PKR 30,000/- per year.

• F.A/F.Sc/I.Com/A level/DAE or equivalent: PKR 20,000/- per year.

• Metric/O Level or Equivalent: PKR 15,000/- per year.
