Punjab Government Revises Winter Vacation Schedule for Schools

New Winter Break Dates
According to the updated notification, winter holidays in schools will now commence on Monday, December 23, 2024, and continue until Friday, January 10, 2025. This adjustment replaces the original schedule, which had set the vacation start date for December 20.
Schools to Reopen in January
Schools in Punjab are expected to resume regular classes on Monday, January 13, 2025, as January 11 and 12 fall on the weekend.
Directive for Compliance
The government has instructed Chief Executive Officers CEOs of District Education Authorities DEAs to ensure full adherence to the punjab revised winter vacation schedule for schools.
