Punjab E-Rozgaar Program for Youth with Digital Skills

The e-Rozgaar Program is an empowering project initiated by the Youth Affairs & Sports Department in collaboration with Punjab Information Technology PITB. Its primary objective is to provide digital skills training to the youth of Punjab, enabling them to seize opportunities in the digital era. Training Opportunities and Achievements

Over 52,000 individuals have already benefited from this program, availing themselves of the free training courses offered. Notably, 57% of the participants are females, reflecting the programs commitment to promoting gender inclusivity. These trainees have collectively earned a staggering amount of more than 3.6 billion PKR through freelancing.

The e-Rozgaar Program offers a range of online training courses, allowing participants to learn remotely at their own pace. The following courses are available in the online training mode:

Eligibility for PITB e-Rozgaar Training

To be eligible for the PITB e-Rozgaar Training, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Basic computer knowledge

• Domicile of Punjab province

• Valid Computerized National Identity Card CNIC

• Minimum 16 years of education

• Age limit up to 35 years

Application Process

To apply for the e-Rozgaar Training Program, interested candidates must complete the following steps:

Visit the official website of PITB and get the detailed information of this program. The candidates need to submit the online application form and after that they will have to participate in the online entry test. They are also instructed to upload attested documents online. The candidates need to understand that the duration of the course is three months, and all applications must be submitted online.

Training Program and Benefits

The selected candidates, based on merit, will receive free training for three months. The training will be conducted by experienced freelancing experts who will equip the candidates with the necessary skills to earn through online work, such as technical, non-technical, and creative assignments, allowing them to work from the comfort of their homes.
