Punjab Chief Minister Laptop Scheme Phase 2
The Govt of Punjab has reaffirmed its commitment to academic advancement by announcing the arrival of the first batch of 30,000 laptops under Phase 2 of the Chief Minister’s Laptop Scheme. This initiative is a strategic component of a broader effort to revitalize the province’s academic landscape. With Chief Minister approving the distribution of over 70,000 units throughout the year, the provincial Govt is taking decisive steps to bridge the digital divide and provide students with the essential tools required for modern higher education.

This distribution drive is supported by a robust financial framework, highlighted by the record-breaking Rs. 750 billion allocated to the education sector in the 2026-27 budget.
