Punjab Boards to Announce Class 9 Results Soon
Following the release of the Matric Results 2024, over 200,000 Class 9 students are eagerly awaiting their SSC Part 1 results. The exams, which began on March 19, were conducted in Lahore and other cities across Punjab. The students can get latest updates of Punjab Boards to Announce Class 9 Results Soon.
Expected Announcement Date
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Lahore, along with other Punjab boards, is expected to announce the Class 9 results on August 22, 2024. While this date is tentative, board officials have not yet confirmed the exact release date.
Passing Criteria
To pass the Class 9 exams, students need to score at least 182 out of 550 marks, which is a passing percentage of 33%. The total marks for these exams are 550.
Recognition of Top Performers
The Punjab government recently recognized the outstanding academic achievements of the top students in the matriculation exams across the province. Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat extended congratulations to all the high achievers from the various educational boards in Punjab.
Exam Results Overview
BISE Lahore Controller of Examinations, Zahid Mian, provided an overview of the overall results. Out of 250,000 students who appeared for the exams, 174,000 passed, resulting in an overall pass rate of 69.75%.
