The educational boards of Punjab have officially published the comprehensive date sheet for the Class 10 annual Exams 2026, establishing a standardized schedule that will be followed uniformly throughout the province. This announcement brings clarity for thousands of matric students who have been awaiting confirmation of their Exam dates. By implementing a common timetable, the boards aim to maintain consistency and streamline the Exam process across all districts. Uniform Matric Exam Timetable Issued for All Boards Across the Province
According to the official notification, the matriculation Exams will commence on March 27, 2026, and will continue until April 16, 2026. Exams will be conducted in two daily sessions. The morning session will begin at 9:00 AM, while the evening session will start at 2:00 PM. However, on Fridays, the second session will commence slightly later at 2:30 PM. Students must report to their assigned Exam centers well before the scheduled time to ensure smooth entry procedures.
 
The Exam series will open on March 27 with Arabic in the morning session and History of Islam in the afternoon. On March 30, English compulsory papers will be conducted in two groups, with the first group appearing in the morning and the second group in the afternoon. The following day, March 31, students will take Food and Nutrition in the first shift and Health and Physical Education in the second shift.
 
On April 1, Physics will be held for the first group during the morning session, while the second group will appear in the afternoon along with Advanced Islamic Studies. The next day, April 2, includes Art and Model Drawing in the morning and Civics along with Clothing and Textile in the afternoon. On April 3, Tarjama-Tul-Quran-Ul-Majeed for the first group and Ethics for non-Muslim students will be conducted in the morning, followed by the second group paper in the afternoon session.
 
Biology and Computer Science Exams for both groups are scheduled for April 6 in their respective sessions. Education and Electrical Wiring papers will be held on April 7. Chemistry for the first group is planned for April 8 in the morning, while the second group and General Science will appear later that day. Islamiat compulsory will take place on April 9 in the morning session only.
 
Urdu compulsory papers for both groups are set for April 10, and Geography of Pakistan will be offered in place of Urdu for foreign students in the second session. Mathematics for science students and General Mathematics for arts students will be conducted on April 13 in two shifts. Elements of Home Economics and Environmental Studies will follow on April 14.
 
On April 15, Pakistan Studies compulsory papers will be held, including the new 100-mark format and the old syllabus option where applicable, divided into separate sessions. The final Exam day, April 16, will feature Punjabi in the morning and Wood Work in the afternoon.
 
With the date sheet now officially confirmed, students are strongly encouraged to plan their revision carefully. It is essential to verify roll numbers, Exam centers, and reporting times in advance. Adhering strictly to the guidelines provided by respective boards will help ensure a smooth and trouble-free Exam experience.
