Punjab Board Diploma in IT Annual Exams 2026 Deadlines

Punjab Board of Technical Education located in Lahore has announced the schedule for submitting admission forms for the First Annual Exams 2026 of the Diploma in Information Technology program. These Exams are organized for students enrolled in the DIT course under the supervision of the technical education board. Important Dates for Submission of DIT Exam Admission Forms

According to the notification issued by the board, the First Annual Exams for the Diploma in Information Technology will begin on 29 June 2026 at designated Exam centers. Before appearing in the Exams, students will be required to obtain their roll number slips, which will provide them with details regarding their Exam centers and schedules. Candidates are advised to stay updated with official announcements to ensure they receive the latest information regarding the Exam process.

The PBTE Board has also outlined a detailed timeline for the submission of admission forms. Students who wish to appear in the Exams can submit their application forms online by paying the regular or single Exam fee until 13 April 2026. After completing the online submission, the final printed copy of the admission data list must be submitted to the board by 16 April 2026. This printed document is required to confirm the student’s registration for the Exam.

Students who fail to meet the regular submission deadline will still have an opportunity to apply by paying a double Exam fee. Under this option, candidates can submit their admission forms online until 20 April 2026. The printed version of the online admission data list must then be forwarded to the board by 23 April 2026 to complete the admission procedure.

Furthermore, the board has allowed another extension for students who miss the earlier deadlines. Candidates may submit their admission forms by paying a triple Exam fee until 27 April 2026. After submitting the online forms, the printed admission data list must be sent to the board office by 30 April 2026 to finalize their registration.

Students are strongly advised to check the official fee structure and other applicable charges before submitting their forms. It is essential to deposit the correct amount of fee according to the applicable deadline. Candidates must also carefully follow the instructions issued by the board while submitting their admission forms online, sending the required documents to the board office, and depositing the fee in the bank. By following these guidelines and completing the process within the given timeframe, students will be able to successfully register for the Diploma in Information Technology First Annual Exams 2026 conducted by the Punjab Board of Technical Education.
