Punjab Board Commerce Diploma Admission Form Deadlines 2026

Punjab Board of Technical Education located in Lahore has announced the admission form schedule for the First Annual Examinations 2026 of various commerce-related diploma programs. These programs include Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Commerce, Diploma in Culinary Arts, Diploma in Hotel Operations, Diploma in Nutrition Sciences and Hygiene, Diploma in Professional Baking and Pastry, and Diploma in Tourism and Airport Operations. These diploma programs are designed to equip students with professional and technical skills related to commerce, hospitality, and service industries. Guidelines and Deadlines for Submission of Forms for Commerce Course Examinations

According to the announcement issued by the board, the examinations for these diploma programs are expected to begin according to a schedule that will be announced by the board later. Students who are enrolled in these programs should stay informed about official updates and notifications so that they can prepare accordingly for the upcoming examination session.

The board has also shared a detailed timeline for the submission of admission forms. Students intending to appear in these diploma examinations should complete the online entry of their application forms with the regular examination fee no later than 13 April 2026. After completing the online process, the final printed copy of the admission data list must be submitted to the board by 16 April 2026. This printed document is necessary for the confirmation of the candidate’s registration and must reach the board office within the given deadline.

Candidates who fail to submit their admission forms within the regular fee period will still have another opportunity to apply by paying a double examination fee. Under this option, students can submit their forms online until 20 April 2026. After submitting the online form, the printed copy of the admission data list must be sent to the board by 23 April 2026 to complete the admission process.

If students miss both the regular and double-fee deadlines, they may still apply by paying a triple examination fee. For this category, the last date for online submission of admission forms is 27 April 2026. Once the online form is completed, candidates must forward the printed admission data list to the board office by 30 April 2026 to finalize their application.

The board has also made special arrangements for candidates facing exceptional circumstances. Such hardship cases may submit their admission forms online by paying the triple fee along with an additional daily fine of Rs. 500. The final deadline for submitting forms under hardship cases is 11 May 2026.

Students are advised to carefully review the official instructions provided by the board before completing their admission forms. They should ensure that the correct amount of admission fee and other applicable charges are deposited according to the relevant deadline. It is also important for candidates to follow all instructions while submitting their online forms, sending the required documents to the board office, and depositing the fee in the bank. By following these guidelines and meeting the deadlines, students will be able to successfully register for the First Annual Examinations 2026 organized by the Punjab Board of Technical Education.
