Punjab Announces Revised Schedule for Postponed Matric & Inter Exams
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore has officially released a revised schedule for matric and intermediate examinations that were previously delayed due to escalating tensions between Pakistan and India. The new date sheet addresses changes for both practical and theory exams. The students can get the latest updates of Revised Exam Timetable Released for Postponed Matric & Inter Papers in Punjab.
Rescheduled Matric Practical Exams Announced
According to the latest notice from BISE Lahore, the matric practical examination originally planned for May 7—comprising Biology, Computer Science, and Food & Nutrition—will now be conducted on May 17. Similarly, practical exams set for May 9, covering Biology, Computer Science, and Arts, have been rescheduled for May 24.
Revised Intermediate Theory Paper Dates
At the intermediate level, the paper for Tarjuma-tul-Quran, which was initially scheduled for May 9, will now be held on May 31. Additionally, the postponed Islamiyat and Accounting examinations, which were due on May 7, have been moved to June 16.
Roll Number Slips and Exam Center Instructions
The Controller of Examinations at BISE Lahore clarified that students will not receive new roll number slips. All candidates are expected to use their existing slips for the rescheduled exams.
Instructions for Students on Revised Exam Days
The board emphasized that all exams will be conducted at the centers originally allocated to students. It urged all examinees to strictly adhere to the updated date sheet and to attend their exams accordingly.
