Public Health Nursing School Admissions 2025 LHV
The Public Health Nursing School, Secretary Nuasti Mirpur, a sub-division of the Health Department, Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir, is now inviting applications for admissions 2025 for the 2-year Lady Health Visitor LHV Course for the session starting September-October 2025.
This course is specifically open to unmarried women belonging to Azad Kashmir refugees and residents of Jammu & Kashmir living in Pakistan.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Matric with Science subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology with a minimum of 55% marks
OR F.Sc. Pre-Medical Second Division with at least 50% marks
Age Limit:
Minimum 15 years and maximum 25 years as of 25th October 2025
Domicile:
Candidates must hold domicile and permanent resident certificates of the State Azad Jammu & Kashmir with first-class status.
Selection Criteria
Academic Marks: 70%
Matric Marks: 20%
Interview: 10%
Candidates will be selected purely on merit basis according to district-specific seats, with preference given to F.Sc. passed candidates.

Application Deadline: 25th October 2025
Applications must be submitted in person on the prescribed form available at the office during official hours.
Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
Candidates from F.Sc. Non-Medical, Computer Science, Commerce, FA, or Arts groups are not eligible to apply.

- Selected candidates must comply with the rules set by the Pakistan Nursing Council, Punjab Nursing Examination Board, and the Health Department of Azad Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
- No stipend will be provided during training.
- Hostel accommodation is mandatory for selected students.
- If a student leaves the course without completion, a fine up to PKR 100,000 will be imposed. Selected students must submit an affidavit from a First Class Magistrate at the start of the course.
- Original documents will remain with the school during the course duration.
