PU Pharm D 1st Semester Fall 2025 Single Fee Schedule 2026

Punjab University has issued an official notification detailing the online semester enrollment process and exams fee schedule for regular students of affiliated colleges enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm-D program for the First Semester Fall 2025 exams. This announcement follows the earlier notification numbered 99/Cond. D.S., dated February 19, 2026, and provides complete guidance for students submitting their fees under the single fee category. Online Enrollment and Exams Fee Plan for Pharm-D Students of Affiliated Colleges

According to the university, the subject enrollment process will commence on March 9, 2026, and will continue until March 31, 2026. During this period, students are required to select and enroll in their subjects through the prescribed online system. The fee for enrollment under the single fee category has been set at Rs. 23,780. Students must ensure that they complete their enrollment within the given timeline to avoid any complications in their exams registration.

After the enrollment phase, the university has allocated a short period for correction of enrolled subjects. This correction window will be available from April 1, 2026, to April 2, 2026. During this time, colleges can make necessary changes if any errors are identified in the subject selection. However, any correction requests submitted after this period will only be considered with an additional fine, which highlights the importance of carefully reviewing selected subjects beforehand.

The exams fee submission process will begin on March 9, 2026, and will remain open until April 6, 2026. Students must complete their fee payment within these dates to confirm their participation in the exams.

The university has also outlined clear instructions regarding the fee payment procedure. Each student will be issued an individually generated fee challan through their respective college. This challan must be used for fee submission, as only system-generated challans will be accepted. Any fee paid through manually prepared challans will not be entertained. The challan will include the details of the selected subjects, allowing students to verify their choices and request corrections within the specified timeframe if needed.

Furthermore, students are strongly advised to stay in regular contact with their college principals as well as the official Punjab University website to obtain their roll number slips. It is the responsibility of each candidate to download or collect their roll number slip before the exams. The university has clearly stated that it will not be held accountable if a student fails to obtain the roll number slip and consequently misses their exams.

This notification aims to ensure a smooth and transparent enrollment and exams process, encouraging students to remain attentive and complete all formalities within the prescribed schedule.
