PU Not Increase On-Campus Students Fee
Lahore, University of the Punjab has made the decision not to increase the fee of on-campus students. The meeting of the syndicate of Punjab University approved the budget of Rs.9.39 billion and the university has decided not to increase in fee of the students despite of the strict financial position. The budget of Punjab University involves research grants to increase the research activities and the subventions to reduce the financial burden on the students of the university. Punjab University has also received the grant of 2.5 billion from HEC, which is 27.6% of the total budget and the university will get the remaining budget of 72.4% of the budget from other resources.
