PU Associate Degree Registration for Private Candidates 2025

Punjab University PU has announced the registration schedule for private candidates seeking admission into its Associate Degree programs in Science, Arts, and Commerce for the 2025 annual exams. This Associate Degree program replaces the former BA and BSc degrees previously offered by PU. Registration for private candidates will begin on October 02, 2024, and candidates must submit their forms before the specified deadlines. Important Dates and Fee Structure for Registration

Private candidates who want to appear in the 2025 annual exams must take note of the following important dates and fees:

Single Fee: PKR 7,440 from October 02, 2024, to December 31, 2024

Single Fee + Fine of PKR 1000: PKR 8,440 from January 01, 2025, to February 28, 2025

Double Fee: PKR 14,880 from March 01, 2025, to April 30, 2025

Candidates who appeared in the Intermediate exams in 2024 or earlier are eligible to apply for the Associate Degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce.

Guidelines for Private Registration

Candidates who passed FA/FSc or equivalent exams in 2024 or earlier can apply for the Associate Degree Annual Exams 2025 Part-I through the postal service.

Those already enrolled in Associate Degree or BS Hons programs at Punjab University or affiliated colleges should not apply for the private Associate Degree registration.

Already registered candidates, whether private or regular, do not need to reapply. Their previously allotted registration number will remain valid. In case of a lost registration card, a duplicate can be obtained from the Registration Branch by submitting a PKR 100 fee.

Carefully read the instructions provided on the website before starting the online registration.

If you need to stop midway through filling out your form, you can return to it later by selecting "Edit Registration" and entering your CNIC number to resume from where you left off.

Submission of Registration Forms

Once the online registration form is completed, candidates should print the form, get it attested, and send it by post to the Registration Branch of Punjab University. Be sure to include the original bank challan and attested photocopies of all required educational documents.
