Private Schools Collect Fee but Deny to Pay Salaries

Most of the private schools across Pakistan collected the tuition fee from the students for the month of April and they refused to pay the salaries to their teachers. The private schools are closed due to Coronavirus outbreak lockdown. Private Schools Collect Fee but Deny to Pay Salaries to Teachers.

Headstart School System Islamabad informed the teachers and other staff that the educational institute cannot pay the salaries to the teachers for April on the pretext that the parents of the students refused to pay the outstanding fees of their children. The organization has been forced to get the loan from State Bank of Pakistan to pay the salaries to the employees.



The federal government allowed the private school association that they should keep their campuses opens for first 5 days of each month to collect the fee of the students till the imposition of the lockdown in the country. It is also learnt that the Headstart School System have been providing the education to the students through the online and the teachers of this school are providing online teaching to the students during the lockdown. The management of the school forced the teachers to visit the campuses to carry out different assignments despite of the lockdown.
