Lahore, Lahore High Court declares the fee enhancement in the private medical colleges during the study programs, illegal. The private medical colleges granted the admission in the MBBS and BDS programs to the medical students in the previous years and the students started attending their regular classes to complete their programs. The private medical colleges issued the notification regarding fee enhancing in the continued study programs in MBBS and BDS and the students were directed to pay the increased fee but this notification was challenged in Lahore High Court. Now the honourable court has declared this initiative of the private medical and dental colleges illegal during the semester programs.
