To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications and criteria:

For General Zoning Candidates: Matriculation with Science, including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.

For Nime Dentistry Diploma Holders: Matriculation with Arts as per Notification No. 5799/ASAN2018HEC818 dated 28.04.2018.

For NE and General Zing Candidates: Matriculation with Arts and NE entry diploma registered from Pakistan Zing Council Islamabad.

For General Nursing Diploma Holders: One year Special Post J.C. Diploma in lieu of Vocational with General Nursing.

All Candidates: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in General Nursing and Nursing Diploma, registered with Pakistan Nursing Council.

Government Sector Employees: Only those with a minimum of 2 years of regular service and an upper age limit of 55 years are eligible. Candidates on ad hoc or contract basis are not eligible.

Physical and Mental Fitness: Candidates must be mentally and physically fit, and they need to provide a medical certificate from an authorized hospital or institution certified by the Government of Punjab.

Punjab Domicile: The candidate must be a native of the Punjab province.

The ratio of total vacancies will be 50% for men and women. Admission will be based on merit, and it will be open for women based on merit.

Online Application;The application deadline is 06.11.2023.

Processing Fee: To apply online, candidates must deposit Rs. 2000 as a processing fee in the Punjab Health Foundation

Entrance Test: The entrance test for this degree program will be organized by the University of Health Sciences.

Roll Number Slip: Aspirants should download their roll number slip from the portal and appear for the entrance test with the original Tovi Shakhti card and roll number slip.

No TAJDA: No TAJDA will be paid for the test.

Candidates selected on merit will need to obtain a letter from the Department of Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Dept. Lahore through Director General Zarang, Punjab Lahore for placement.

Note: Applications sent by mail to Queen Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department or Punjab Health Foundation Lahore will not be considered. Senior officers with a one-year diploma or a two-year degree program are not eligible to apply for two years after placement as per policy.
