PMDC MDCAT Test 2024 Court Orders Compliance
Dow University of Health Sciences has already conducted the medical and dental college admission test of the candidates for grant of admission to the students in the MBBS and BDS classes. The university announced the result of the MDCAT test but the result of the tests were challenged in the Singh High Court and Islamabad High Courts against SZABMU in different pretexts. Keeping in view the orders of both honourable high courts, the PMDC issued instructions to both medical institutes to take the necessary steps. High Courts Orders Compliance
PMDC issued the instructions to the DUMS to take action on the direction of the Sindh High Court and SZABMU should comply with the orders of Islamabad High Court. PMDC issued orders to both institutes that the result of one province shall be valid for the entire country and also in the Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad capital city.
