PMDC Mandatory Notification Display Rules for Medical Colleges 2026
The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council PMDC has issued fresh instructions to all approved medical and dental colleges across the country, requiring them to openly display all official notifications, decisions, circulars, and directives issued by the council. Mandatory Display of PMDC Notifications on Campus
According to an official letter released on January 29, PMDC has asked the principals and deans of these institutions to strictly follow all council rules, policies, and decisions. As part of this directive, colleges have been instructed to place PMDC-related notices on official notice boards set up in clear, visible, and easily reachable locations within their campuses.
The council explained that this step has been taken to ensure that students, teaching staff, medical and dental professionals, and administrative employees stay well informed about important regulatory updates. PMDC also recommended that all concerned individuals regularly check the official PMDC website to stay updated with the latest announcements and guidelines.
Furthermore, PMDC stressed that the displayed information should always be easy to read, kept up to date, and available for public viewing at all times. Officials stated that this initiative is intended to promote transparency, strengthen compliance with regulations, and increase awareness of PMDC policies within medical and dental institutions.
