PMDC Increases MBBS Seats for Punjab Medical Colleges
The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council PMDC has officially sanctioned a significant expansion in medical education capacity across Punjab. With the approval of an additional 475 seats, the total number of MBBS seats in government medical colleges within the province has increased from 3,476 to 3,951. This landmark decision marks a vital step forward for thousands of aspiring doctors, as the cumulative capacity across all public sector medical and dental institutions in Punjab now reaches 4,241.
