PMA COVID-19 Second Wave Warning Reopening of Schools
Pakistan Medical Association has issued the warnings to the students because of the spreading of the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic after reopening of the schools. According to the decision of the governments, the schools and colleges were reopened on 15-09-2020 and the educational institutes were circulated the strict SOPs to follow them at the time of reopening of the schools and colleges. But there are some of the educational institutes, which do not follow these precautions in true letter and spirit that can trigger the second wave of the COVID-19 in the country.
The students and staff should read and follow the PMA COVID-19 Second Wave Warning Reopening of Schools and various cases of coronavirus are detected in some educational institutes, which were closed now. Punjab Education Minister ordered to all concerned to ensure the strict compliance of the SOPs of COVID-19 in the schools ensuring safety of students and staff. During the NCOC meeting, the minister for planning and development expressed his concerns over the increasing number of the coronavirus as the rate is crossing to 2%. It is decided to impose the mini lock down in different places in order to avoid the unfavorable circumstances in the country.
