PHSA Admissions 2025 LHV Diploma Course
The Provincial Health Services Academy PHSA Peshawar, a premier training and research institution under the Department of Health, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from eligible female candidates for admission to the Lady Health Visitor LHV Diploma Course Session 2025–27. The program will be offered at the four affiliated Public Health Schools under PHSA, located across the province.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
Option 1: Matriculation Science or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
Option 2: FSc Pre-Medical or equivalent with a minimum of 45% marks.
Admission Basis:
The Provincial Health Services Academy Peshawar PHSA Admissions Offered Lady Health Visitor LHV Diploma Course.
Admissions will be granted strictly on merit within the allocated district or merged districts quotas for each Public Health School.
Applicants from AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan can apply for self-finance seats details available in the prospectus.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 14 years
Maximum: 35 years
Separate Applications Required:
Candidates applying for both regular and self-finance seats must submit separate applications.
Self-finance seats are non-convertible to regular seats and not eligible for the regular waiting list.
Merit Formula:
Merit will be calculated based on the following weightage:
Matric Science or equivalent: 70% weightage
FSc Pre-Medical or equivalent: 30% weightage
Hafiz-e-Quran: 20 additional marks subject to passing a test during the interview, with no marks awarded upon failure
Reserved Quotas:
1 seat for persons with disabilities in each Public Health School. If unfilled, converted to open merit
3 seats for minorities available at Nishtarabad, Hayatabad, and D.I. Khan schools
2 seats for daughters of PHSA Network employees only at Nishtarabad School, Peshawar

Application Submission Guidelines:
Last date for submission of complete application forms along with all required documents:
October 7, 2025, by 2:00 PM
Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
Attach attested copies of the following:
Matric & FSc Certificates and DMCs
Domicile Certificate
CNIC/Form-B
Two recent passport-size photographs
A non-refundable application fee of PKR 600 must be submitted to the relevant school.
Separate forms and fees are required for self-finance applications.
In-service candidates must apply through their respective departments.
Important Notes:
PHSA Merit Lists will be displayed one day before the interview at respective schools and on the PHSA website: No call letters will be issued individually.
Interview attendance is mandatory.
Original documents must be presented during the interview.
No travel allowance TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews.
Admission forms and the prospectus are available free of cost on the official website.
Training must be completed at the allocated school. No transfers allowed.
In case of excess applications, shortlisting will be conducted, and only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
Applicants are responsible for correctly filling out their forms. The school is not liable for errors in submission.
