The Government of Punjab proudly announces the Chief Minister Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025, aimed at supporting talented and financially deserving students pursuing undergraduate degrees at top universities and colleges across Punjab.
About the Scholarship
This merit-based scholarship program is designed to empower outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence but face financial challenges. The scheme covers the tuition fees in full, allowing scholars to concentrate fully on their studies without financial burdens.
- Number of Scholarships: 30,000
- Coverage: Tuition fees for the entire duration of the undergraduate degree typically 4 to 5 years
- Application Deadline: October 26, 2025 Extended to accommodate flood-affected students

Selection Criteria
Applicants will be evaluated based on academic merit with the following weightage:
- Matriculation Marks: 30%
- Intermediate Marks: 70%
