PHEC Announce Scholarship Program 2025

  The Government of Punjab, through the Punjab Higher Education Commission PHEC, proudly announces the Chief Minister’s Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025, an initiative under SPL-1688 of the Education Department. This flagship scholarship aims to support 30,000 high-achieving, deserving students who are pursuing undergraduate studies at recognized universities and colleges across Pakistan.

This merit-based program is designed to empower talented individuals from financially constrained backgrounds, enabling them to access quality higher education and realize their academic and professional aspirations.

 Who Can Apply
Students currently enrolled in undergraduate degree programs 4 to 5 years at recognized institutions.
Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence and financial need.

 Scholarship Coverage:
Full tuition fee for the entire duration of the undergraduate program.
Scholarship covers 4 to 5 years, depending on the degree structure.

 Selection Criteria:
The final selection will be based on academic performance:
30% weightage to Matriculation marks
70% weightage to Intermediate FA/FSc marks
