PGCN Admissions 2025 Post RN BScN
The Post Graduate College of Nursing PGCN Hayatabad Peshawar invites applications for admission to the Post RN BScN 02 Years and Post Basic Diploma in Nursing Specialties 01 Year programs for Fall 2025. Eligible and interested candidates are encouraged to apply as per the details below:

1. Post RN BScN 2-Year Program
Eligibility Criteria:
Matric with Science Biology as per HEC requirements from 2016 onwards.
Diploma in General Nursing.
Diploma in Midwifery For male candidates, any Post Basic Specialty diploma in lieu of midwifery.
One year clinical experience after midwifery or specialty.
Valid Registration with Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council PN&MC.
In-service candidates must apply through proper channel and submit NOC from Director General Health Services, Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Incharge of the respective MTI.
Note: Advance copy of admission form will be acceptable for admission process only.
Age Limit: 19–50 years at the time of application deadline. Overage candidates must submit an official age relaxation certificate.
Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts.
Merit Criteria:
50% – PGCN Internal Entry Test
25% – Marks obtained in General Nursing Diploma
25% – Marks obtained in Midwifery Diploma or Specialty Diploma for males
2. Post Basic Diploma in Nursing Specialties 1-Year Program
Specialties Offered:
ICU Nursing
CCU Nursing
Pediatric Nursing
Mental Health Nursing
Operation Theatre OT Nursing
Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma in General Nursing.
Valid PNC Registration.
In-service candidates must apply through proper channel.
Age Limit: 19–50 years at the time of application deadline.
Domicile: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts.
Merit Criteria:
50% – PGCN Internal Entry Test
50% – Marks obtained in 3-Year General Nursing Diploma registered with PN&MC
How to Apply:
Admission Forms will be available from PGCN Hayatabad Admin Office starting 15th September 2025.
The application fee is Rs. 1000/-, to be deposited in any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan NBP. A copy of the deposit slip must be attached with the form.
Submit the filled admission form along with attested copies of all required documents and DMCs at PGCN Hayatabad Office, Peshawar during office hours.
The last date for submission of admission forms is 13th October 2025.
