• Hold a valid Ph.D. admission offer from one of the Top 50 QS Ranked subject-wise Universities worldwide, focusing on preferred subject areas.


• Maintain a minimum of 60% marks throughout their academic career.


• Declare a monthly family income including self, spouse, and parents equal to or less than Rs. 200,000/-


• Be under the age of 35 years as of April 26, 2024.


• Have not availed any foreign scholarship previously.

• Secure admission in one of the Top 50 QS Ranked subject-wise Universities worldwide in the preferred subject areas.


• Download the scholarship application form from the PEEF website.


• Submit the completed application form to PEEF before the deadline.

• Selected candidates cannot defer the scholarship to the following year.


• Permanent/regular faculty members of public sector teaching/educational institutions in Pakistan are ineligible.


• Responsibility for university admission and visa application lies with the applicant.


• The decision of the Scholarship Selection Committee is final.


• PEEF reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the selection process without giving any reason.
