PEEF Announces Scholarship Programs 2025

The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund PEEF – a government initiative to promote higher education – invites online applications for its Special Quota Scholarships for the academic year 2025-26. If you passed your Matric or Intermediate exams in 2025 Annual and belong to one of the following special categories, you may be eligible to apply.
Special Quota Categories Applicants must belong to at least one of the following categories:
Orphan Students – whose father has passed away
Children of Government Employees in Grade 1 to 4
Minority Religion Students
Special/Disabled Students
Children of Civilians Martyred in terrorist attacks
Children of Divorced or Legally Separated Women
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Special Quota Scholarship, applicants must:
Have passed Matric or Intermediate Annual Exam 2025 from:
Any BISE Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Punjab, or
Federal Board FBISE, if the institution is located in Punjab
Have secured at least 60% marks in the relevant examination
Be admitted in 2025 as a full-time regular student in:
A government or private registered educational institution for Intermediate or Graduation
Have total monthly family income of Rs. 60,000 or less
Exception: Children of Grade 1-4 government employees and civilian martyrs are exempt from this income condition
Students applying for Medical College scholarships must upload their MDCAT result card
Required Documents to be uploaded online:
Depending on your category, you must provide the following:
Category | Required Document |
Orphan students | NADRA-issued death certificate of the father |
Children of Govt. Employees Grade 1–4 | Recent payslip showing grade and designation |
Minority students | Certificate from religious institution |
Disabled students | Disability certificate issued by DHQ/THQ |
Children of civilian martyrs | NADRA-issued death certificate with cause of death |
Children of divorced/separated women | Court decree or NADRA-issued certificate |
Note:
All documents must be uploaded through the official portal. Applications submitted without required documentation will not be considered.
Who is Not Eligible
Students who repeat exams, appear for marks improvement, or receive grace marks
Students who passed exams under TEVTA or PBTE
Students from other provinces, including AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, etc.
Applications with false information or incomplete details
Deadline to Apply: 18th November 2025
Important Notes:
Only online applications will be accepted
Do not submit hard copies of the form or documents
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may lead to rejection of your application
Students can apply only under one special quota category
