Essential Guidelines for Exams Centers

To maintain the integrity and transparency of the PBTE Exams process, all heads of training institutions must strictly follow these directives:

  1. Exam Paper Handling: Question papers must only be opened in the presence of the institution head. Any discrepancies in paper receipt must be reported immediately to the Assistant Controller via the provided contact numbers 0300-4099200 or 0323-5557420.
  2. Attendance Reporting: An accurate attendance list must be prepared. Absent candidates must be clearly marked as Absent on the Printed Result Evaluation Sheet, which is essential for accurate record-keeping.
  3. Submission Protocols: Upon completion of the exams, the original attendance sheets and the Result Evaluation Sheets must be dispatched to the Assistant Controller of Exams at the Punjab Board of Technical Education, 35-A, Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.
  4. Policy Compliance: Please note that manually written or altered result sheets will not be accepted by the board. It is mandatory to use the official printed forms.
  5. Data Accuracy: Examiners must ensure all marks are entered correctly within the provided columns. Any errors or improper entries may lead to the rejection of the results.

We strongly urge all stakeholders to coordinate effectively to ensure a smooth conduct of these vocational assessments. For further inquiries, please refer to the official PBTE website at www.pbte.edu.pk.
