PBTE Quantity Surveyor 1st Annual Exams 2026 Schedule

Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore has released the admission schedule for the Quantity Surveyor One Year First Annual Examinations 2026. According to the announcement issued by the board, preparations have been finalized to conduct these examinations for students enrolled in the one-year Quantity Surveyor diploma program. The board has informed all affiliated institutions and candidates that the examinations are scheduled to begin on 29 June 2026. Students who intend to appear in these exams are advised to carefully follow the admission schedule announced by the board and complete their examination formalities within the specified deadlines. Important Dates for Submission of PBTE QS Examination Forms

To facilitate the candidates, the board has introduced a structured timeline for the submission of admission forms with different fee stages. Students are required to submit their application forms online through the official admission system provided by the board. Candidates who wish to submit their forms with the normal or single examination fee must complete the online submission process by 13 April 2026. After completing the online entry, institutions or candidates are also required to submit the final printed copy of the online admission data list to the board office. The last date for submitting this printed data list for the single fee category is 16 April 2026.

Students who fail to meet the first deadline still have another opportunity to submit their admission forms with a late fee. In this case, candidates can complete the online submission of their examination forms by paying a double fee until 20 April 2026. After the online submission, the printed copy of the admission data list generated through the system must be sent to the board office by 23 April 2026. This step is necessary for verification and record purposes to ensure that all admission details are properly registered with the board.

For candidates who are unable to submit their forms within the first two deadlines, the board has also provided a final chance to complete the admission process with a triple fee. Under this category, students can submit their examination forms online by the deadline of 27 April 2026. Once the forms are submitted through the online system, candidates must send the printed copy of their admission data list to the board office by 30 April 2026 to complete the application procedure.

The board has also advised students to carefully review the details regarding examination fees and other related charges before submitting their applications. Candidates must ensure that the correct fee amount is deposited according to the category under which they are applying. Any mistake in the fee payment or delay in the submission of required documents may cause complications in the acceptance of the admission form.
