PBTE Matric Tech and Vocational Admission Schedule 2026

Punjab Board of Technical Education located in Lahore has issued the admission schedule for students who intend to appear in the First Annual Examinations 2026 for Matric Technical and Matric Vocational programs. These programs are designed to provide technical and vocational education at the secondary school level, allowing students to develop practical and professional skills along with their academic studies. Submission Deadlines for SSC Technical and Vocational First Annual Exams

According to the announcement made by the board, the examinations for these technical and vocational matric programs will begin on 29 June 2026. Students enrolled in these courses are advised to prepare for the exams according to the schedule and ensure that their admission forms are submitted within the given deadlines. The board has also advised students and institutions to stay updated with official announcements regarding the examination process and admission requirements.

The board has released a detailed timetable for the submission of admission forms. Students can complete the online entry of their admission forms with the normal or single examination fee until 13 April 2026. After completing the online submission process, the final printed copy of the admission data list must be provided to the board by 16 April 2026. This step is essential to confirm the registration of candidates who wish to participate in the upcoming examinations.

Candidates who are unable to meet the regular deadline will still have another opportunity to submit their forms by paying a double examination fee. Under this option, students can complete the online submission of their admission forms until 20 April 2026. The printed version of the online admission data list must then be submitted to the board by 23 April 2026 to finalize the application.

In addition to the double fee option, the board has also allowed candidates to apply with a triple examination fee if they miss the earlier deadlines. Students choosing this option can submit their admission forms online until 27 April 2026. Once the forms are submitted online, the printed admission data list must be forwarded to the board by 30 April 2026 to complete the process.

The board has also made special arrangements for students who may face exceptional circumstances and are unable to submit their forms within the previously mentioned deadlines. Such candidates will be allowed to apply as hardship cases by submitting their admission forms online with a triple fee along with an additional daily fine of Rs. 500. The final date for submitting admission forms under this category is 11 May 2026.

Students are strongly advised to carefully review the prescribed admission fees and other applicable charges before submitting their forms. It is important to deposit the correct amount of fee according to the relevant deadline to avoid any complications in the registration process. By completing the admission formalities on time, students will be able to participate in the First Annual Examinations 2026 conducted by the Punjab Board of Technical Education without facing any administrative issues.
