PBTE DAE Online Admission & Registration Schedule 2026-27

The Punjab Board of Technical Education PBTE, Lahore has officially announced the Online Admission and Registration Schedule for the Academic Session 2026-27 for various technical and vocational diploma programs offered by affiliated institutes across Punjab. Students interested in pursuing Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE, Diploma in Dress Making DDM, DAE Level-5, DAE Sino-Pak Diploma, and several two-year diploma courses can now submit their admissions according to the prescribed schedule.

The latest PBTE DAE Annual Exams Admissions 2026 notification provides complete information regarding admission deadlines, registration procedures, fee schedules, eligibility criteria, and important instructions for students and institutions.

Courses Offered Under PBTE Admissions 2026-27

PBTE has invited admissions for multiple diploma programs designed to prepare students for technical and professional careers. These include DAE Diploma of Associate Engineer, DDM Diploma in Dress Making, DAE/DDM Level-5, DAE Sino-Pak Diploma, as well as two-year diploma programs including D.Com, DBA, DHO, DCA, DT&AO, Diploma in Tourism & Airport Operations, Diploma in Professional Baking & Patisserie, and Diploma in Nutrition Sciences & Hygiene.

Most three-year diploma programs require Matric with Science, while selected two-year courses require Matric as the minimum qualification.

Admission and Registration Schedule

According to the official schedule, the last date to submit admission forms with a single fee is 21 September 2026, while the deadline for depositing the admission fee is 22 September 2026. Students must complete their online admission form entry by 13 October 2026, and affiliated institutes are required to submit registration forms by 26 October 2026.

Candidates who miss the regular deadline may still apply with a single late fee until 23 September 2026, while applications with a double late fee will be accepted until 16 October 2026. The final date for submitting registration forms with a double late fee is 30 November 2026.

Registration Fee Details

PBTE has also published the PBTE DAE Registration Fee Schedule for the 2026-27 session. The standard registration package includes registration, sports, certificate, development, scholarship, and postal charges, bringing the total single registration fee to Rs. 2,990. Applicants submitting forms after the due date with a single late fee will pay Rs. 3,430, while the double late fee raises the total registration cost to Rs. 3,870.

The Board has further clarified that institutions may accept registration forms after the prescribed schedule by charging Rs. 200 per student per day under the applicable rules.

Important Admission Instructions for Students

PBTE has issued several mandatory instructions to ensure a transparent admission process. Students who have passed Matriculation or equivalent Exams from boards outside Punjab must provide the required No Objection Certificate NOC. Candidates from boards other than the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education are required to submit an IBCC equivalence certificate before registration.

Students are permitted to remain registered in PBTE only one course or institution at a time. Affiliated institutes must verify every admitted students Matric certificate from the concerned Exams board. Any admission based on fake or invalid documents will result in immediate cancellation of registration.

Additionally, Matric failed students may receive provisional admission in selected diploma programs under PBTE regulations, provided they successfully pass the subsequent supplementary Exams before their registration is finalized.

Eligible candidates planning to build careers in engineering, commerce, information technology, tourism, hospitality, nutrition sciences, and technical education should complete their admission and registration process well before the closing dates.
