PBTE 2025 Diploma Practical Exams and Award Lists Schedule
The Punjab Board of Technical Education PBTE Lahore, has issued the schedule for the Second Annual Examinations 2025 for various diploma programs, including:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE Year 2, Year 3, and Year 4
- Diploma of Associate Engineer Sino-Pak Dual Diploma Year 2
- Diploma in Dress Making and Dress Design Year 2 and Year 3
- Bridge Courses for Level-Diploma 3 of City & Guilds
The schedule covers practical exams, online entry of sessional marks, and collection of award lists. Institutions are required to follow the instructions strictly.
Practical Exams Schedule:
- Last date for submission of practical award lists along with students’ attendance at Chief Secretary Officer’s Office: November 18, 2025 – December 19, 2025
- Commencement of practical exams: November 18 – December 19, 2025
Sessional Marks Schedule:
- Online entry of sessional marks for Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, and Year 4 begins: November 18, 2025
- Final date for online entry and proofreading before data lock: December 12, 2025
- Submission of sessional marks award lists to PBTE office: December 19, 2025
Important Instructions:
- Practical exams will be conducted as per PBTE-issued date sheets.
- External examiners will be appointed by the PBTE office for practical examinations.
- Question papers for practical exams will be prepared by external examiners.
- Principals must ensure that practical award lists for Year 2, Year 3, and Year 4 are prepared manually along with students’ attendance and submitted to PBTE office on the above dates. Failure to comply will make the institution responsible.
- After preparation, award lists must be checked by the Head of Department. The principal must countersign them.
- Marks should reflect the total obtained marks, not pass marks. Incorrect entry may result in failing candidates, for which the Head of Department and principal will be responsible.
- Online entry of sessional marks for all years must follow the schedule. Late submissions will be the responsibility of the institution.
All institutions are urged to strictly comply with PBTE instructions to ensure smooth conduct of practical exams and accurate compilation of award lists.
