Nurses Colleges Award Full Degree Instead of Diploma
There are 44 nursing schools in Punjab and these institutes are upgraded to colleges in order to entail graduates being awarded the degrees instead of diplomas. Pakistan Nursing Council approved the up-gradation of nursing schools to nursing colleges. The Health Minister of Punjab has issued the directions regarding Nurses Colleges Award Full Degree Instead of Diploma in Punjab and the nurses can acquire Masters and PhD degrees, which help in promotion of nursing education and training and it can bring a revolution in the health sector. The nursing colleges will award the BSc degree to the graduating nurses and it will be accepted across the world.
