The National University of Medical Sciences NUMS Islamabad, a premier federal public sector university, invites applications for undergraduate programs for the Spring 2026 session. Eligibility Criteria:
F.Sc Pre-Medical / MLT / MIT or equivalent with minimum 50% marks for most programs.
F.Sc Pre-Medical with 60% marks required for Biological Sciences programs.
Candidates with F.Sc MLT may apply only for BS MLT, and F.Sc MIT only for BS MIT.
Admission Test
Mandatory for all applicants in addition to academic eligibility.
Online NUMS Admission Test will be conducted on Tuesday, 27 January 2026.
Applicants must have minimum 50% marks in F.Sc, FA, ICS, I.Com, or A-levels.
Merit Determination:
Entrance Test: 50%
HSSC/Equivalent: 40%
SSC/O-Level: 10%
Merit lists will be generated based on academic information provided in the online application.

Applications must be submitted online.
Hard copies of applications are not accepted.

Important Notes:
5% of seats are reserved for children of Overseas Pakistanis.
Applicants for W&R Directorate, GHQ, Shahuda/In-Service Death Quota must apply online under open merit and separately to the W&R Directorate.
