NILAT Admissions 2025 Postgraduate Diploma Programs
The Government of Sindh Labour and Human Resource Department invites applications for the 63rd 24-Week Post Graduate Diploma Course in Labour Administration and Industrial Welfare for the session 2025-2026 at the National Institute of Labour Administration Training NILAT, Karachi. This program is designed to equip professionals with advanced knowledge in labour administration, industrial relations, and human resource management.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2nd Division from a recognized university in Pakistan or abroad.
Maximum Age: 45 years as of the closing date.
In-Service Applicants: Candidates working in public or private sector organizations must submit applications through proper channels on prescribed Nomination Forms authenticated by the authorized officer/employer. Applications submitted otherwise will not be considered.
Fee Structure
Departmental Nominees: Rs. 2,000/- for the full diploma course.
Fresh Graduates: Rs. 1,500/- for the full diploma course.
Note: Course fees are non-refundable.
All selected candidates must deposit the fee through Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of “D.D.O. NILAT, Karachi” before the commencement of the course, but no later than 07-01-2026.

The program includes a three-week Research Study Tour to selected industries and organizations in Sindh Province. Travel and daily allowance T.A/D.A for the tour and other possible expenses will be borne by the nominating agencies or participants enrolling individually.
Application Procedure
Applicants must submit a duly filled application form along with:
Two attested copies of all educational certificates and degrees Matric, Inter, B.A/B.Sc, M.A/M.Sc, etc. and mark sheets
CNIC copy
Three passport-size photographs
All documents must reach the NILAT office before the closing date: 07-01-2026.
Nomination forms and prospectus are available free of cost at the institute during normal working days.
