New Winter Plans for Punjab Schools
In an announcement on Monday, Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi conveyed that there would be no further extension of winter holidays for schools and colleges in the region. Addressing the media after inspecting various developmental projects in the city, he emphasized that educational institutions across Punjab are set to resume as planned and adhere to their designated timings. Scheduled Resumption of Schools and Colleges
The reopening of schools and colleges is scheduled for Wednesday, January 10, 2024, following an extended winter break. Previous Extension of Winter Vacations
Its noteworthy that the Punjab government had previously extended winter vacations until January 9, 2024. Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, however, reiterated that no decision has been finalized regarding a further extension.
