NDU Announces Exam Schedule for Final Term Summer Semester 2025
National Defence University NDU Islamabad has officially announced the NDU Examination Schedule 2025 for the Final Term Summer Semester 2025. According to the Examinations Branch, the final term exams will be held on-campus at Sir Syed Campus from 1–2 September 2025.
The university has emphasized that students must be aware of their sessional marks and attendance record before the commencement of exams. This ensures transparency and allows students to verify their performance prior to the final term.
NDU Examination Schedule – Key Dates
Final Term Exams: 1–2 September 2025
Paper Viewing & Entry in ACADMAX: 2–3 September 2025
Submission of Results to Exams Branch: 3 September 2025
Declaration of Results: 5 September 2025
Exam Day Guidelines
NDU has shared a detailed set of instructions to ensure smooth and fair conduct of exams. Students are required to:
Reach the exam hall well before the scheduled time.
Carry valid Admit Cards and ensure they have no attendance shortage.
Follow the seating plan and sign the attendance sheet, failing which they will be marked absent.
Avoid bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, laptops, or notes inside the hall. Mobile phone possession during exams is strictly prohibited and can lead to rustication or expulsion.
Invigilation & Monitoring
Faculty members, as per the date sheet, will perform invigilation duties. Exams will also be monitored through CCTV surveillance installed at Sir Syed Campus to prevent unfair means.
NDU has reiterated that students found guilty of using unfair means will face strict disciplinary action under university regulations.
