NAVTTC Admissions Fall 2025 Training Program
The Oil and Gas Development Company Limited OGDCL, in collaboration with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission NAVTTC and the NAVTTC Center of Excellence in Modern Technologies, proudly announces free 3-month technical training programs for the youth of underprivileged districts across Pakistan.
This initiative aims to equip young individuals from less developed regions with demand-driven, employable technical skills in state-of-the-art training facilities located in Islamabad.

Plumbing & Pipe Fitting

Fashion Designing & Dress Making
Hospitality Expert Professional Chef
Industrial Electrician & Solar PV Technician
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following conditions:
Age between 18 to 30 years
Minimum qualification: Matriculation
Must possess both permanent and temporary addresses from one of the eligible districts as per CNIC and domicile
Targeted Districts
Punjab: Chakwal, Attock, Taunsa, DG Khan, Multan, Rahim Yar Khan
Sindh: Ghotki, Sukkur, Sanghar, Hyderabad
Balochistan: Dera Bugti, Jhal Magsi, Jandran
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KPK: Lakki Marwat, Kohat, Karak

NAVTTC – Center of Excellence in Modern Technologies
Plot No. 39, Kirthar Road, H-9/4, Islamabad
This center is equipped with modern laboratories, professional instructors, and offers a well-rounded learning environment including soft skills development and industrial exposure.

Full tuition and training costs

Monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000/-
