Narowal Schools to Remain Closed as Summer Vacations Extended
The Deputy Commissioner of Narowal has announced the extension of summer vacations in all educational institutions across the district as flooding continues to disrupt normal life. As per the notification issued on Saturday, both public and private schools will remain closed until September 7, 2025, due to the unsafe conditions caused by the ongoing flood situation. Safety Measures Amid Flood Situation
According to officials, the decision has been taken to ensure the safety and well-being of students, teachers, and school staff. Authorities also stated that the extension will provide sufficient time for recovery and relief operations to progress in flood-affected areas before schools are reopened.
