MTCP Scholarship 2025/26 Study in Malaysia Fully Funded!
Applications are now open for the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme MTCP Scholarship for the academic year 2025/26. This prestigious, fully funded scholarship, offered by the Government of Malaysia, supports international students to pursue Master’s degree programs at top Malaysian public universities.
This opportunity is available only for the September/October 2025 intake, and applicants must secure admission to a Malaysian public university before applying.

- IELTS not required if prior education was in English
