Eligibility Requirements for MORA Minority Scholarship 2025-26

• Only regular students of public sector schools, colleges, or universities with a minimum of 50% marks can apply.

• Applicants must belong to minority communities and include those who are poor, orphans, or physically challenged but maintaining good academic performance.

• Students currently studying in private institutions are not eligible.

• Candidates already availing financial aid, stipends, or scholarships from other sources cannot apply for this scheme.

Application Procedure for MORA Minority Scholarship 2025-26

• Applications must be submitted online along with two attested copies of the latest annual mark sheets and the original income certificate of parents or guardians.

• All student details must be verified by the Head of the concerned educational institution. An attested copy of the student’s last annual exam mark sheet or progress report should be attached. Freshly prepared mark sheets on plain paper will not be accepted.

• The Head of the institution must ensure all forms are complete, attach the required documents, prepare a list of applicants, and forward it with a signed covering letter to the Ministry. Only applications sent through educational institutions will be considered.

• The applicant’s CNIC number, or NADRA B-Form in the case of students under 18, must be provided along with photocopies.

• Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be entertained.

• Parents or guardians are advised to provide valid contact numbers and email addresses for communication purposes.

• Applications must reach the Ministry within 30 days of the advertisement date. Forms received before the announcement or after the closing date will not be accepted. Photocopied forms from newspapers will also be considered valid.
