Ministry of KA, GB & SAFRON Admissions 2025 MBBS & BDS Programs
The Ministry of Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan & SAFRON announces that applications are open for educational stipends for A.K. National and J&K Refugee students for the calendar year 2024. These stipends are intended for students enrolled in recognized institutions across Pakistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir AJ&K.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be A.K. Nationals or J&K Refugees who have been nominated by the Ministry, Secretary of the Nomination Board, AJ&K, or admitted on general merit basis.
Only students enrolled between 01.01.2024 and 31.12.2024 are eligible.
Students must have at least 50% marks in their last examination.
Students already receiving stipends from other sources are not eligible.
Applications with incomplete documents, incorrect information, or received after the deadline will be rejected.
Eligible Disciplines
Stipends are available in the following fields:
Natural & Biological Sciences: Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Statistics
MBBS & BDS ProgramsManagement Sciences: Commerce, HRM, Marketing, BBA, Finance, Accounting
Engineering & IT Programs
B.Ed Programs
Diploma & Associate Programs: D. Pharmacy, DPT, DVM, Polytechnic/Associate Diplomas
Allied Health Sciences: BS Nursing, Lab Technician, Medical Technician
Only courses listed above will be considered.
Required Documents
Applicants must attach attested copies of:
State Subject Certificate / Domicile
Marks Sheets / Certificates
Admission proof
Certificates will be verified, and forgery or tampering will make the applicant ineligible.
Deadline for submission:
31 December 2025 through registered post
Important Instructions
Stipends are granted based on merit and prescribed quota for A.K. Nationals and J&K Refugees.
Students previously awarded stipends do not need to reapply; renewal is subject to submission of progress reports.
Only students admitted during the current calendar year will be considered.
This stipend program provides financial support to deserving students from A.K. and J&K, enabling them to pursue higher education in Pakistan and AJ&K.
