Military College Jhelum Admissions 2025 Class 8th
Military College Jhelum, Sarai Alamgir, invites online applications for admission to Class 8 for the academic year 2026. Known for its legacy of academic excellence and character-building, MCJ is now accepting registrations under the following schedule:
Important Dates:
Last Date to Apply Without Late Fee: 30th September 2025
With Double Fee: 10th October 2025
With Triple Fee: 20th October 2025
Written Test Date: Sunday, 26th October 2025
How to Apply:
Complete and submit the online application form.
After submission, download and print the fee challan.
Deposit the admission fee at any branch of Habib Bank Limited HBL.
Download the roll number slip within three days of fee submission. Applicants are responsible for ensuring timely download.
Registration Fee Structure:
Children of Army Officers Serving/Retired: Rs. 3,000
Children of JCOs/Soldiers Serving/Retired: Rs. 2,000
Children of Civilians including Armed Forces civilians, Navy, Air Force, MES, Rangers, FC, Coast Guard: Rs. 4,000
Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: 12 to 14 years as of 1st April 2026
Up to 90 days relaxation possible with official approval through a separate application.
Education:
Military College Jhelum Admissions are Now open Class 8.Students who have passed or are appearing in 7th-grade annual exams are eligible to apply.
Gender:
Only male candidates are eligible.
Ineligibility Conditions:
Applicants will not be eligible if they:
Are female.
Were expelled from a cadet college due to disciplinary issues.
Submit tampered documents or fake Form-B.
Are overage or underage as per defined limits.
Are declared unfit by a medical board.
Provide incorrect information in the application.
Selection Procedure:
Written Test:
Held on 26th October 2025, covering subjects from classes 5th to 7th based on Federal and Punjab Textbook Boards:
English
Urdu
Mathematics
General Science
Islamiat / Pakistan Studies for non-Muslims
The paper will include both objective and descriptive sections. Sample papers and OMR sheets are available on the college website.
Intelligence Test & Interview:
Only candidates who qualify the written test on merit will be invited for the next stages.
Final Selection:
Final selection will be based on performance in all stages and will be announced via the college website.
Important Notes:
Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications and late submissions will be rejected.
Once submitted, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Exam center preferences cannot be changed after selection.
Any changes in exam/interview dates will be announced on the website.
Success in the written test, intelligence test, and interview does not guarantee admission.
