Mian Muhammad Trust Hospital Admissions 2025 Courses
Mian Muhammad Trust Hospital Faisalabad is pleased to announce admissions 2025 for the Two-Year Community Midwifery Course for unmarried female candidates. This course aims to train skilled midwives to improve maternal and child health care in communities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Domicile: Candidate must have a valid Punjab domicile.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Matriculation 10th grade with Science subjects, securing at least 55% marks.
Preference will be given to candidates with FSc Pre-Medical qualification.
Age Limit:
Minimum 16 years and maximum 26 years at the time of admission.
A relaxation of 2 years is granted for candidates holding higher qualifications.
Marital Status: Only unmarried females are eligible to apply.
Other Restrictions: Candidates who are currently enrolled or have been enrolled in any government or private nursing or midwifery institution are not eligible to apply.
Admission Procedure:
Application Form:
Forms must be duly filled and submitted by 25th July 2025.
Application Fee:
A non-refundable fee of 500 PKR is required with the submission of the application form.
Documents Required:
Attested copies of educational certificates Matric or FSc.
Punjab domicile certificate.
National Identity Card B-Form for minors.
Two recent passport-sized photographs.
Medical fitness certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic merit and eligibility.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview or written test if required.
Final merit list will be displayed on the notice board and official website.
