MDCAT 2024 Roll No Slip and Important Instructions

Instructions for Candidates

1. How to Print Your Admittance Card:

• Candidates must print their Admittance Card, which contains their roll number and test centre details.


• Candidates registered through the PM&DC Portal must download their Admittance Card by clicking the "Download MDCAT-2024 Admittance Card" link at http://et.uhs.edu.pk/mdcat2024, available from Thursday, 12th September 2024.


• To access the Admittance Card, candidates must enter their name and the last four digits of their ID CNIC/Passport/B-Form used for registration.


• Ensure the name is entered exactly as it was registered on the PM&DC Portal e.g., no spaces between the first and last name, if applicable, or the Admittance Card will not display.


• The Admittance Card must be printed on plain white A4-sized paper.


• If there are errors in the name, father’s/guardian’s name, gender, or photograph, contact PM&DC Islamabad immediately for correction Landline: +92-51-9190000 Ext. 301, 302; Email: [email protected]. UHS Lahore will only make changes based on official updates from PM&DC.

2. Important Instructions for Entry into Test Centres:

• Entry into the test centre starts at 08:00 AM. No entry will be allowed after 09:00 AM, and the test will begin at 10:00 AM, ending at 01:30 PM.


• Prohibited items inside the test centre include: cell phones, calculators, books, notes, weapons, bags, electronic devices, and metallic pens. Possession of these items may lead to immediate removal and test cancellation.

• Original CNIC/NICOP/Passport/B-Form/FRC photocopies not accepted.


• Printed copy of the Admittance Card issued by UHS.


• A clean and transparent clipboard.


• Two blue ballpoint pens do not bring markers, pencils, gel pens, or ink pens.


• A 500ml transparent water bottle.

• Candidates without their original ID and Admittance Card print-out will not be allowed to take the test.
