LUMHS Online Classes Notice 2026 for March Announced
Students and faculty of Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro LUMHS have been informed through the LUMHS Online Classes Notice 2026 that all academic activities will temporarily shift to online mode. The circular issued on March 11, 2026 states that the decision has been taken following directives from the Government of Sindh regarding austerity and fuel conservation measures. These arrangements will remain effective from 11th March to 31st March 2026 until further orders.
According to the LUMHS Online Classes Notice for March 2026, all academic activities and classes will be conducted completely online through the LUMHS Jamshoro Learning Management System LMS. Deans, chairpersons, principals, and heads of departments have been instructed to ensure regular online teaching and strict implementation of the policy across all faculties and constituent colleges. The university administration aims to maintain the continuity of education while following government guidelines.
The LUMHS Online Classes Notice 2026 also includes operational measures such as observing a four-day work week from Monday to Thursday and reducing fuel provision for official vehicles by 50 percent. Additionally, most official vehicles will remain grounded during this period, while meetings of statutory bodies and administrative committees will be held online whenever possible. Despite these changes, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro LUMHS has confirmed that essential service staff and clinical faculty members will continue to perform their duties as required.
