KP Govt to Hand Over 1,500 Schools and Colleges
In response to consistently poor academic performance, the KPK government has decided to outsource the management of more than 1500 schools and 55 colleges across the province. This includes 500 schools located in the newly merged tribal districts. The students can get the awareness about KP Government Plans to Hand Over 1,500+ Educational Institutions to Private Sector.
Underperforming Schools and Colleges to Be Managed Externally
The province’s Chief Secretary explained that the primary objective of this step is to enhance the quality of education in these underperforming institutions. He clarified that only those schools and colleges that meet certain s will be selected for outsourcing.
This development follows dismal matric exam results in many areas, where a significant number of students failed, and some schools reported zero pass rates. The move is aimed at improving academic outcomes by involving experienced external organizations in managing these institutions.
